@Matt2259 I mean he’s averaging more then Arron Jones the past few weeks, they a real duel threat but when you only utilize one back it’s just dumb and shows a lack of understanding of who’s on the offense. Gotta be a coaching thing. He’s a back where you just run him up the middle and he wears down the defense and actually gets BETTER as the game goes on. He’s a slightly worse Derrick Henry and when he only gets the ball 4 times he can’t live up to his potential. Look at how we use him in the snow. There’s no reason why we can’t use him like that in normal conditions.
8-2 gets you to 11 wins and a playoff spot. Probably a Wildcard.
It will take a near miracle, but it’s plausible. Let’s go!

This boils down to the fact that they franchised tag Adams that’s when he checked out from that point on. Problem is waisted 2 1st rd picks on defense instead of at least one on offense, losing the oc ,up to this point poor coaching and execution

And a declining QB who can’t throw on the run accurately often enough after escaping a collapsing pocket. Thumb injury included. Aaron is part of the issue and has been for years. One thing that drives me insane with Matt is his lack of ruthlessness and aggression towards winning. Belichick, Reid & Tomlin just do not tolerate losing. When they lose, they find out why. All Matt has done is “we have got to do a better job” since the NYG game and we’ve slowly got worse. So he’s either : 1) lost the respect of the dressing room 2) cannot coach at a high enough level 3) has a QB who is completely finished and a WR group that is probably in the bottom 10% of the league.
Either way, we’ve got 2-3 games to save the season. And with AR12 situation, we simply cannot afford blank seasons with his salary cap hits and what not. It’s not insane to think we can win 3 out of our next 4 games which would take us to 6-5 with six games left (Bears, Vikings, Rams, Lions included in that).
I haven’t giving up, but these next 2-4 weeks will define careers, Aaron Rodgers and Matt LaFluer’s legacy in my view.
He makes his QB run the plays he wants or he’s on the bench
Legacy…lol not one year bro. Maybe stat wise but career for Aaron is mostly written already. And matt will have much longer to make a impact on his own career as a coach.

The defense actually played great, the outscored Washington 14 to 10 themselves, The penalty call on Stokes was absolutely ridiculous!! The offense has to keep the defense off the field more, they can’t just go three and out all the time, eventually the defense will not hold up.
10 more of those calls and we are even. Lafleur already been gifted two first round byes in the playoffs because of the refs. That bs is done!

4 straight games where the game plan looks the same. Abandoning the run game after the first half and bad outside throws for 5 yard losses. Not to mention the 3 and outs. If its correctable then why hasn’t been corrected? In the second quarter I looked over to my dad and said it was over and it was! The packers offense effectively gave up! Its been the same story over and over. There is no fire on this team.

9-8 would be a miracle this season, just want to see this team compete, young guys getting better from experience and the coaching staff showing urgency to keep their jobs and carry some momentum into next year.
There is a power struggle somewhere in the org, that’s for sure. Someone or something is in the way of the Packers realizing that they should be a very heavy running team. Not balanced, but giving AJ and Aaron 30 touches a game. My hunch is that Rodgers just doesn’t want to do this or Matt actually beleives Rodgers can turn this around using more of a balanced offense. These receivers currently are simply not talanted, and/or confident enough to execute a balanced offense. They need support via play action plays which would give them a slight advantage and seperation.

Every week LaFleur lists off a number of excuses. And tired of hearing “it is what it is” and “we have to play better”. Bottom line question; what is the coaching staff doing to improve the play of the team. Stop making excuses. Start making corrections.
