I don’t hate Love. I’m still not sold on him. I was at the Chiefs preseason game and he was inconsistent and inaccurate. Mahomes’ backup outplayed him. I keep hoping to feel better about him, but I’m still waiting.
@Mark Davis Hes played 5 preseason games and 1.5 regular season games. Pretty hard to get great at football without actually playing games. Were not gonna know his ceiling till hes actually starting.

@William Hermann True, but we can compare him to other preseason QBs, including rookies. Just look at the Steelers rookie QB, Kenny Pickett. Pickett just shows so much more, and all he has is three preseason games. I’d like to see Love wow us a few times, but the lack of consistency continues to make me have doubts. And since other teams have said the Pack has quietly placed Love out there as available for trade, I’m not convinced even the GB front office sees him as the future for the franchise. I, like most, want to see him be successful.

I predict Samori Toure on the 53 and Winfree on the practice squad. Winfree hasn’t impressed anyone enough in 4 years to get on the grass much. Time to give Samori a shot on the active roster. He can have impact on special teams. Neither Winfree nor Toure are going to get on the grass on offense unless there are a bunch of injuries. I think Gute drafted Toure for a reason, and Winfree has already had his chances. Yes, he was injured at times as well, and that goes in to decisions as well.
Winfree is way more consistent and he has Rodgers trust . I predict Winfree being on the field … Doubs and Watson will be the only young WR with Vet presence
winfree has only had real chances very very early on, every other year i believe hes been injured right before the season. There has not imo been enough to convince me to want them to take toure over winfree.
The linebacker Davis said it best with a stat line like that complete with an interception if coach thinks that’s improvement, I wanna sell him a prime swamp land.
Concerned about Mason Crosby. Might be time to be searching for a new kicker.
Wyatt not being more productive at 24 years old is pretty disappointing. Hope he can figure it out.
I don’t think it’s disappointing. He’s a rookie. Doesn’t matter the age. Nobody saw a complete product from his time at Georgia. Let him learn how to be a pro first, work on his technique, etc. I bet by the end of the season, he’s making an impact. Give him an off season and he’s probably going to make a big jump. Remember Kyler Fackrell? He was terrible as a twenty-five year old rookie. He had ten and a half sacks in his third year. Sometimes it’s takes time. Not everyone is on the same trajectory.
I hear you, but Kyler wasn’t a first round pick.
He will be fine. He wasn’t drafted to be a day 1 starter. He was drafted to be a developmental player.

Love was a first round pick that they traded up for. He’s not going anywhere and you can keep dreaming.
