Only thing I didn’t like hearing, and not necessarily because he said it, but because Nagy always said it: “Understanding the why.” But I think we have a great staff in place. That includes Ryan Poles and Ian Cunningham. That poles was humble enough to hire a assistant GM speaks VOLUMES!

He proceeded to type a big paragraph about how I’m lucky to get his videos in the first place.

@J Bo Nagy never said anything but Be You BS. If you think these guys are the same your out of touch with reality my friend He never took ownership of anything and never talked about to the NFL was/is and how he would lead the Bears.
Y’all can easily go back and watch his first press conferences from 2018 and before 2019 seasons and compare. It’s literally almost identical.
This current staff makes Nagy look like the best he could do is dollar tree.

What a damn difference and so much for claiming gotta have an OC dude as HC versus just having a sound man with a plan, ie Tomlin comes quickly to mind and I didn’t even mention a coach with the most Super Bowls.
Matt Eberflus said that the Nick Foles’ situation is all in Ryan Poles’ hands.
That’s exactly as it has been, and as it should be.

Go Coach this dude reminds me so much of one of my old coaches and I trust in him. I Believe we’re in good hands we needed this change. 🏈Go BEARS
Everyone is worried because Flus and Poles are doing things so different but look what doing things the old way got us. A bunch of losing seasons. This is different and winning would be different for us since Nagys first 12-4 season where we still lost first game of playoffs. Change can’t hurt is my take.
Coach Eberflus YES definitely learn tons of Offence, from Offensive Coaches, Practice, Studying Film/Plays/Books.
While Learning even more Defense as well 4-3, 3-4, Buddy’s 46 etc…
Nagy was always talking about finding the “whys”. He never could find them, it seemed. Eberflus seems to know the whys, doesn’t need to search for them, and instead is teaching the whys to the players. I love this head coach!
He was talking about finding the Why because of a TED talk or some damn book lol. Man I’m so glad we don’t have Nagy leading our Bears
I said the only thing I didn’t like to hear was understanding the why’s. Mad m cringe from Nagy’s 4 years

This coach seems to be better at communicating what’s going on with this team and how they are improving. I like that. I also love his philosophy on what he wants from his team. Total 360 from Nagy blowing hot air every day or week.
