I love how this HC directs and say the why’s and what’s of this football team better than the last coach that blames no one but himself. I see why the new GM has head over heels. With this coach because it’s all about a learning growth development process. I like how this direction is going. “BEAR DOWN đ».”

You can tell the football intelligence Flus brings to the table compared the the blabber Nagy would spew out. Flus gives explanations while Nagy gave the âwhyâsâ

I really think that the Chicago Bears are going to draft Troy Andersen MLB, in the 2nd or 3rd round.
I hope thatâs true, because I think heâs a 1st round talent that could be another 2nd -3rd rd steal..
Guys go back and watch how the Colts defense was last year. No really huge names outside of Darius Leonard. That defense was poised and hellacious. They caused problems for offenses. Flus had those guys flying to the ball and creating turnovers.
They went from the third worst defense in the league to the 11th best in the league after just one year with Matt Eberflus
@Chosen One Eberflus was there for 4 years. Those years that defense was good and was creating turnovers.

This guy seems like the real deal. His answers are very clear & make sense–love how he pushes his players harder in practice.

Having a coach that is intelligent seems to bring out the best in the media. Now they can asks questions knowing they will get a real answer.

I know it’s early, but I already like that he indicated he’d ride the hot hand in terms of offense. Basically the opposite of Nagy.
That was a good sign.
Bears are building a strong foundation. Coaches with experience who know what they want to do and know how to push the players to execute. Building a team goes smoother with a strong foundation. This teams future is bright with Poles and Coach Flus.
@Thomas Gena you think this guy is going to piss away draft picks like Pace? Poles is already doing a good job with cheap FA signings and he plans to build the team thru the draft..Im not saying he will succeed but hes already got a better approach than Pace. He moved up to get Trubisky and Shaheen when he diddnt have to đ€Łđ€Ł….among others. You can be pessimistic if you want but i know 100% the team is already in better hands.
@Killerythm Let’s see how Ryan Poles does in his first NFL Draft. And keep in mind, Ryan Pace will be the GM who drafted two starting QBs in the NFL, this season.

Breath of fresh air. Exudes confidence and no nonsense but respectful.
The season hasn’t started yet and already this coaching staff and gm has given the fans a lot of confidence that this team is in good hands. Hard not to support these guys. I’m not expecting a super bowl this year, I just want to see them play hard and finish strong. I feel by the second or 3rd year, this team should be a force to deal with.
Eberflus is certainly a much better communicator than Nagy. Letâs hope this translates to the players.
This coaching crew is 1000% more organized and professional than the last one.
You Go Coach Flus attention to details and organized leadership finally a staff with a plan. I just feel a different air about things and where it’s going. In the right direction that is what I am hearing now let’s play football. GO BEARS
