Getsy gave me double agent vibes with his play calling and use of Monty. I also have flashbacks to Ditka giving the ball to the Fridge on the goal line instead of Payton in the Superbowl. Same with Seahawks coach Pete Carroll throwing a pass on the goal line and being intercepted instead of giving it to Beast Mode who easily got them to the goal line. No one can convince me that the shotgun at the goal line wasn’t bullshit and Getsy has to know better.

Justin Fields, through 2 games has ran it 19 times and a hand full of those were designed runs. Say he just completely missed those passes instead of running out of the pocket that’s 15/47. He’s had the ball in his hands 47 times where he passed or ran. That would be 52 times if you add the sacks. So he’s averaging 27 snaps per game where he’s running or passing.
I’m a flus fan now glad he has a plan to fix that run defense. Bad enough watching 12 torch us we don’t need their running back getting making all pro because he plays us twice a year. Gotta draft well and develop the talent and get them to second and third contracts. That’s why Green Bay takes these games so serious. Once you have players get past their rookie contracts, they play the division rivals about 8 times. The bears don’t have that. They’re young, and they have a lot Of free agents so they don’t get the bears packers rivalry yet. All of the packers impact players were drafted and developed. We have some impact players drafted but most are young and still don’t know how to win yet
