FlusPoles need to prove alot next season. 1. The tank job was worth it for the draft 2. You can teach the team to win the games they suppose especially with a lead. If this time is a struggle 7-10 or worse next year – heads need to roll

I get that this was a tank year, but i think there’s certain players on the roster that’s ready to start competing for the playoffs and i think Justin is one of them. He’s not an elite qb yet in terms of being able to beat teams with just his arm, but i think he can do enough through the air to get the bears to 9-10 wins a year. The learning how to win thing is a narrative. After the Commanders game, Outside of the cowboys and Dolphins game, Justin had the team up 10-14 points and in every game, they get Justin hot early, then get conservative. When we get conservative, the opposing offense go on these long time consuming drives like they been up the whole game and score, next thing you know, the bears are down and is asking Justin to win the game after not throwing the ball and being in rhythm for about a qtr. I can understand being conservative for a drive. But when you’re going 2 to 3 possessions being conservative, and the defense can’t stop anyone, that’s not on Justin. And we’re supposed to have the #1 ranked rushing attack in football. Why don’t we use that to hold the lead or win the time of possession battle? Again, i know it’s a tank year, but fans that know what they’re watching, don’t use the learning how to win narrative. Most of the games we lost, we were up multiple possessions and it was because of QB 1.
