Omg they cant protect him. It’s worse than last year. How do expect him to be good. People need to learn football. Yes he needs to be better when he is able. But he is getting smashed out there so much its affecting his game as a whole.

He made questionable throws
When the oline gave him a pocket.
Looked uncomfortable in the pocket (oline issues)
But so far he looks inaccurate,
If the bears lost that would definitely be on fields
Man looks tired of getting beat up already, could be why he is playing like garbage overall…

Exzactly. That’s why I said his game as while. Meaning even when he gets a few seconds he is shakey throwing because 90 percent of the time he gets ran over. 17 throws 5 sacks. 11 throws 3 sacks and 17 throw 3 sacks. That’s the last 3 games. If he throws 30 times he will get sacked 10 times. They made an accurate qb inaccurate because they worried about cornerbacks and safeties.

Great answer coach, we as bear fan’s relax JF I believe is going to be good or great. We need receivers, we have to replace are center. When are true center gets his hand ready to play center I believe the OL will be better. We need SKILL PLAYER IN SKILL POSITION. We are not there yet SOON.
Year 2. He had a worse attitude than SMOKIN JAY CUTLER.
You can see he was frustrated and wants to be out of here. I never seen Fields so down before on the cameras.
– he is young and confidence is the greatest ally in the NFL.
He is very smart and knows he is being held back… that he has NO help.
-sadly, Chicago is a QB killer
I believe in what you’re saying about Justin getting better but our receivers skills haven’t been an issue. Justin’s bad performance definitely wasn’t because of our receiving core.

Love fields but he has to play better or he will be on the bench., NFL is a different breed compared to college. He needs to play to his potential. There is no mercy in the NFL, so he better step up

Should Andrew Janoko be given blame as well? Im curious because Fields not only has played bad but he has regressed to a point where I’m not sure the kid can recover from. I do have hope tho and I like Fields, good athlete good thrower of the FB but it is his own mind and confidence tearing him down. Everyone around him probably doesn’t trust him and therefore he starts doubting himself. Sad to see tbh. But Janoko needs to be reevaluated because it is unacceptable at an NFL level that a highly talented QB is being ruined as we speak. (Blame is 50/50 –> coaching and Fields himself)

Our run defense is not where it needs to be, but there is no excuses for the poor tackling. The Bears don’t wrap up well when you your arms need to back everything of the game stay focused. The gap is the “most ” important position.
