So nice to have a real leader as our HC
One conclusion I’ve come to with Coach Flus is I respect him the way he conducts himself to the press.Level headed straight forward.He doesn’t owe the media any explanation on how he answers these questions from them when they are just trying to pry into internal affairs.They’re job is to sell papers and they look for answers they can run with.Tired of the negative headlines that they put in print.

After Nagy I never thought that the Bears would hire a coach with a Brain. I’m so surprised at this guy. He seems like a coach, smart, honest, hard working and upfront. Seems like he has a plan.
I remember a lot of people not liking this hire months ago. I was in between but this guy is looking like the coach Bears deserve
@Rolando C He really just doesn’t have a huge resume. I think people wanted some superstar veteran coach after Nagy, but that’s really not that realistic. There was nothing “wrong” with the hire. He’s definitely still got to prove himself this season but I like the way he seems like a straight-shooter; no nonsense but not rude or arrogant either. And he has fire in him. I wouldn’t expect a playoff appearance this season because this team still has a lot of work to be done on the roster.

Man I love this guy. The cultural he is building is special. I can’t wait to see how he gets his guys to rally behind him this season. Even if this year is similar to the Lions last year, at least we will get a high level tackle or recover in the first round next year.
dont forget our ability to make a splash in free agency next year, poles has us leading the league in cap space

NOTICE: when asked about his scheme, coach Flus said ” its the best way to do it” and gave some differences between his and other schemes. He did NOT say, ” well, we’re going to throw it out there and then find the whys”.

The twinkle in his eye when gets to talk about practice (12:37) is something special
Flus sounds so genuine, confident, and focused. Nagy sounded like a salesman selling you concepts. Flus sounds like a technician whose been through it and is looking to develop even further.

I appreciate the calm intellectual component of Eberflus’s leadership even more after watching a few minutes “Hard Knocks” and seeing how the Lion coaches run around after players and shout at them to fire them up. Worse than the worst of high school.
Look at Flus face , this man means business and the Bears look they’re going the correct direction ✊🏾.
I like the coaching to get started, now keep adding a lot of talent with the right mindset. The talent must be coachable, because these guys will coach.
how many times can Flus tell these clowns “we are getting him ramped up and ready to go” and them still ask the same question over and over.
Man… Let’s see what happens once the games start, but I freaking love Flus so far. The guy just seems so genuine and organized. No BS and genuinely wants to answer questions in a detailed way.
Could not be more night and day when compared to Nagy. Let’s go Flus!
We’ve had so many injuries this off-season. It bothers me even knowing most of them are short term.
