We finally got a real coach tht understand, Culture and structure to be da keys for da football team ‼️ the only thing I disagree is David Montgomery not being a permanent captain he is da heart n soul to our offense and is more important on his side of da ball then Roquan smith is 💯

Captains are voted on by players and the 49ers have a bunch of veterans and all pro players. I don’t know who they went with, but Lance would be behind Williams, Warner, Bosa, and Samuel for sure.

I like that phrase that coach used describing Roquan Smith. “He is a man’s man & he is our captain!” Coach admitted Roquan is an alpha man & he has full confidence in him to efficiently run this defense as captain!!! I agree I!!!!

More disciplined, energized and better coached. Nagy was so full of himself and very over-rated and it showed. The team did get old and now with influx of young talent and better coaching; Bears can overachieve and finished probably 8-9 or 7-10. With more cap space and another draft class, we can definitely see the arrow pointing up. Bear down and glad Nagy and Pace are gone.
