@Kevin Loven I agree with you for the most part. You simply can’t judge how good a team you have from pre season games. Some players are great during pre season then stink when the real games start. Other guys look awful during the pre season, then play likena God once the games actually count! great examples you used also about mahomes and Wilson!
@Kevin Loven I thi k it’s really good to see the rookies and the young players that have been starting to see if this can hold up for a half or if after the game you have to put some veterans in there because the young guys just arnt ready yet. Then we can use the final two weeks of practice to finally have our true depth chart and get those starters to gel together.
@Jim George also, I hope another team cuts a good offensive lineman, WR, or defensive tackle in the next few weeks, we can use more talent or depth there, or even sign a FA like Fuller, Trotter, or even Suh. Would just like to see a good veteran in one of those positions.
@Kevin Loven I’m hoping someone cuts an above avg center because of cash constraints. I dint want mustpher starting game 1
@Jim George 😆, I feel you there. Mustipher looked promising at the end of the 2020 year, but ya, he a backup at best.

Have complete faith in Coach. He’s going to get the best out of this team. Going to surprise a lot of people this year.

Yup people are writing them off like they shouldn’t even bother to take the field lol 😂 one thing is for sure tho, you might beat us or lose to us but you will definitely get punched in the mouth 👊🏼 and will for an entire 60 mins… this ain’t Nagy’s Bears anymore 😤

Good call Coach Flus! Find your 5 best OL, and then let them gel as a unit asap! Also JF needs the time with live bullets too to grow/learn!
Yea, they really need to find out Saturday if everyone who’s been practicing with the starters are good enough or not to start. If not after Saturday you can make your final changes to who will start or not, giving them 2 full weeks to practice with the ones for week one.

awsome that we get to see the starters play a full Half this week. fingers crossed that no starters get hurt during the game. although they can almost get just as hurt during practice so you might as well let them play a full half anyway. finally we get to see if there is any improvement over last yrs team.

Eberflus is night and day different than Nagy. This guy is organized and detailed. He will get the most out this team which I firmly believe will FAR exceed the predictions and expectations of many.

Nagy is highschool level coach compared to Eberflus
A lot of starters have been on the sidelines these first two preseason games. Definitely would be nice to preview the entire starting teams. 🐻⬇️🐻⬇️
I was really praying and hoping they we’re going to let us see the starters this week to really see what kind of team we have before week one. so happy they decided to play them for a full half!!

Do the Bears, have a sound/mic box on the ceiling in the media room? (Can’t always hear all the questions in each interview.) It would be weird if they don’t – considering they’re worth billions.. sometimes it really makes a big difference on the interpretation of the answers from the coaches/players.
We all wish they would fix it. Idk why it seems to be rocket science to them

His coaching style is very intentional. I imagine it’s the type of style that won’t “grow old” to players that stay here for several years. No need for new voices in the coaching room. I hope he’s successful and is here for years.
