I’m not thrilled to have another read option running qb. I wanted a pocket passing assassin, but atleast we got a QB and I will support him
I’m ecstatic if you told me yesterday we walk away from the draft with ikem and corral with out giving away future firsts and players there is no way I would belive it.

This draft has been amazing. I look at it like we got CJ Henderson in the draft also. I’m just really proud of the panthers.

i just hope we give this man the opportunity he deserves and we approach it right. josh allen was a 55% passer and never topped 3500. it’s not about what you can do it’s about what you have the potential to do. push his limits and let him work.
I definitely think he has a lot of potential but let’s pump the breaks. He’s not josh Allen and he probably won’t be.
He’s not in the same category as Josh Allen. Not yet at least. I’m scared that this current coaching staff doesn’t have the ability to develop the potential QB. Praying that MC proves me wrong

We made the right choice. Corral gives me drew Brees vibes being a smaller accurate qb with big play potential. I’m very excited to see what the future holds and I have faith that Sean Ryan (our qb coach former to Matt Stafford and Deshawn Watson) will develop this guy into a top QB in the NFL. His accuracy is the question in the nfl and Brees was not even close to being this athletic. I don’t think that’s a good comparison. He has a unbelievable quick release

I like this kid based on this response! This is guy who’s hungry and wants to take the QB position at will. He didn’t say anything about learning under Sam Darnold. Corral is ready to EAT!!
Steal of the draft! As a Rebel who’s followed him from day one, I can tell you that Matt is truly special. His mindset is hard to come by in his generation. He is pure class, confident but humble and not cocky. He will not let his team or his fans down!
As long as we don’t rush him into anything to fast… I think he will be a very good qb.
Going into this draft with one first round pick, needing OL and having QB questions, it couldn’t have turned out better. Give the kid a chance and let’s see what he can do.
Corral was my #1 QB and the fact we got him in the 3rd and still got Ickey is just mind-blowing.
