Say what you will about his play – he deserves it – but Haack was a true pro through his entire time here. He accepted a pay cut, he mentored Araiza knowing he was teaching the guy who was gonna take his job.

Matt Haack lost the job last season. Guy was shanking everything. He could never flip the field position. Rarely pinned the other team deep. His sole purpose even being on the roster to start camp was because he was a reliable holder.
