It’s sad I wished he finished his contract off but I understand he’s a first round HOFer for sure and one of the greatest linemen to ever play his position. Nothing but love here for yanda hope he enjoys his life after football!

Yanda is to the offense what Ray was to the defense. He one of the greatest Ravens ever. He will definitely be missed.
Thank you Mr. Yanda for giving your all to the Ravens; as a Penn State football fan I remember you at Iowa and when my Ravens drafted you in the third round more than a decade ago, I knew we had a Keeper!
You were and ARE a Raven through and through. My only negative memory I have of big Yanda was…and I know I’m the ONLY Ravens fan who even recalls this and I’m not sure if the game was this year, or last year, but Marshal was injured, at least according to the officials you were – and it required him to come out the game to be looked at by the team physicians. But big Yanda was mad…I mean MAD. And I can’t recall our loveable minutive team physician, the black guy with the glasses and he came out to escort Yanda to the sideline and Yanda yelled at him: “Don’t fucking touch me!” Two times Yanda yelled at him not to touch him.
Man I hope Yanda apologized to my man. But that was Yanda for you, intense and focused but I know he’s a teddy bear off of the field, lol.
Thanks again #73 for all of your hard work and dedication and a hall of fame career. You were the epitome of what Play Like A Raven was all about and I tell you…any discussion of a Ravens mount Rushmore will now be hard pressed to omit Marshal Yanda for lofty consideration!
