RAVEN NATION until our coaches and team learn how to adjust game plans when the initial schemes do not work this very talented team will not get or win a SB. We do not adjust and so many of us as well other retired Pro’s have mentioned this. We have the best running schemes could the Ravens not just hire someone that know passing schemes?
@RoNīN GaījīN and we certainly need guys that can create seperation as well better passing schemes as Smith said “My 6 year old could run this offense.” It is not creative and it stifles Lamar abilities to throw. I keep going back to last year he was avg 3 passing TD a game that had alot to do with the fact we had those 3 TE monsters that opened up the field. Get to the play offs and went away ftom our strengths but yes Lamar need to be more consistent as a passer.

@JumpOffBiggSean – I was asking as I do not know how the coaching part works…I mean everyone has strengths and weaknesses…Roman is the master at running…I just thought why not hire an assistant who is creative with passing plays but I certainly get your point. 😊

Lamar wanted to throw so many times against the bills everytime he did two things happened. His line got him folded and his receivers couldn’t get open besides hollywood
