When one brings up the notion of reciprocation: whatever is done to one side, must be done to another; needs to remember what specific fraction of the original value, can be taken to the other side. One is not commenting on the notion of flipping the running play to another quadrant, as such can only be performed with a balanced formation but when things are off-set– how will order be formed?

When all the routes are covered, perhaps delayed routes can help with pressure. fadeaway-across the body throws are a no no until madden at least. But the delay routes will vary upon the individuals strengths and only those within, know better than a clairvoyant.

Perhaps another comment is on the footwork. Much like the triple jumper, one needs to be able to cover as much space; be that of drop-steps 1-5, 2xhitch,360-pivot, and so on. The worm in both directions is functional. idk I don’t diagnose, I only understand that a healthy spine is required for such system, as the root of your flexibility stems from somewhere, and I doubt it’s the face value.
