It ‘s funny that when some coaches inherits a roster that is loaded with talent, they can live off that situation for some time without exposing their ineptitude (B.O) , other’s inherit a club that is flat-out dysfunctional from top to bottom and all points between and the first thing they say is it’s the coaches fault for selecting a QB that had not played a full 3-4 yrs. to develop to his full potential but was instead thrown to the wolves, but do you remember a QB named D.W. that didn’t have the type of line that mills has today but was making all types of unbelievable plays, again how does H-town stack-up to all the other rosters in the NFL based on talent? You have studs and you have hopefuls, sort of like doing something in one hand and wishing in the other which fills up first? Get some players that have the drive to be great, otherwise just like in our society, some folks are satisfied just collecting a check.
