He hasn’t done his evaluations. That will happen this week plus not knowing who the new GM will be makes it hard to just hire anyone.
I look at it like this, I hate to say it but Trade Tannehill for an O-Linemen and some draft picks, trade the 11th pick and try to get a 1st round pick if not 2 1st round picks or a early 2nd round pick, try to get multiple picks for the value. Then I would draft a O-Lineman then a WR then a LB then a KR then a CB, maybe not in that order but we need those type players. We need to get rid of Downing and bring in somebody who can open the playbook up on offense and we gotta keep Dobbs
Dobbs lacks arm strength and accuracy.. theirs a reason he’s been a backup. Keep him yes as a back up. Can’t trade tannehill best to cut him as well as bud Dupree, Taylor lewan,Robert woods , Daley, Ben Jones , Cunningham, hooker . They need to be active in free agency for those replacements, other positions I agree. We should go after Derek carr he fits the system best and has a arm and accuracy and one hell of a play action QB. He would be best fit for Tennessee get him on a 2 year deal since he’s 31

Strength and conditioning staff, OC, and O-Line as well as secondary needs serious improvement yesterday

We also should look at the QB position just want someone who can put the ball down the field and is also a threat to run so they won’t stack the box but I agree on everything you said
And I do think players and or the training staff need to train better. I think the training part just looking over the past 2 years I can honestly say you can put that on players maybe not training good or the teams trainers need to be replaced.

I know I keep commenting 😂 but if you look at the Oilers/Titans history is that I think our best success has came in times of QB’s suck as #1 Moon #9 McNair 💙#10 VY Dual threat and #17 Tannehill at times but seeing #11 Dobbs out there brought a yeah this is what need type of feeling of excitement even with the losses. Dobbs plays with chip and I love it. 💪🏿I was a fan of Moon but I’ve been a fan and the Titans have been my team since they came to Tennessee. I’m a Nashville Native and the Titans will always be my team. TITANUP 🏈
Oilers fans since 1990 and Moon is still my all time favorite QB. I feel the same way you do with Dobbs. There’s something about this kid. I just think he needs more playing time and he can be VERY good.

Just like any job when your not talented enough you get hurt. When your not conditioned for it or can’t use leverage and angles you use brute force and get hurt.if it isn’t coming easy for you then it’s hard and you can’t physically hold up and you get a new job or get fired.

I love Vrabel, he’s a GREAT coach but if Todd Downing isn’t fired. I will be questioning him still being the HC moving forward.
