99 through today has been chaos with owners,Gm’s and bad coaching,Woods can go but Berry and Stefanski are doing a good job and getting a proven franchise QB is immeasurable,I’m pumped for 23 as I believe we will contend for the afc title next year but I guess that gets said every year😂
Me too, I have been rooting for this team since the 70s, and if moving to Baltimore, having no NFL franchise for 3 years, and going 0-16 didn’t stop me for rooting for them, then there isn’t much that will prevent me from rooting for them. The only thing that will stop me from rooting for them is if they change their colors or put an emblem on their helmet. If they do that, then they will no longer be the Cleveland Browns to me.

Why would he announce that during a victory speech? Victory Speeches are about giving shout outs to the players that played well, and to encourage the team. It isn’t about future strategies.

I think the most important thing about the locker room chat was Stefanski looking at todays game as “a good start for 23” which was the whole plan when we started Brissett this season.
Secondly it was very easy to see we have the skill set on Defense just no consistency and that is on Woods,doesn’t matter to me if we shutout the Steelers next week,we need better leadership for the defense.
It’s actually on the defensive position coaches, it’s those guys who are supposed to teach the players every week. The coordinator is much more responsible for the scheme used during games and its the players job to execute. Same goes for the offense, and if you want proof look at the offensive line when healthy It is among the best in the league. That’s because of the o line coach. He always makes sure to teach the players properly.

I think so, but they have a difficult test next week. I want to see them beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh, that will be a bell weather for how far they have come. The defense seems to be playing better now.

It is a great start to 2023, but now comes a bigger test, which is beating the Browns arch rival in Pittsburgh. The Steelers just beat the Ravens in Baltimore, so it is going to be a very difficult task to win in Pittsburgh.
