For the uninformed he sat then he knelt based off of advise from an Army Vet/Green Beret named Nate Boyer. As a respectful way to protest as soldiers kneel in front of a casket/coffin draped in the American Flag to show respect for a fallen soldier and kneel to pray.
Also a competitive QB room brings the best out of the players and if needed can put Kaepernick in as an X factor he and Baker working together. Kaepernick scored high on the wonderlic test and is hungry you want a player who is hungry and has stuff to prove, the end of the day the Panthers get a winner because when he wins the organization and fans win as well.

Not a single players gives off any confidence when asked questions about the future, changes or messages for the team. This franchise has checked out.
