It’s ok Hock, you’ll get your revenge next season( if you’re staying that is which I hope you do) for now let’s focus on the colts

Darth Bobo

That non catch on 3rd down could’ve been big for us.

    Grey Ford

Many of us Lions felt completely unbias to the Hock trade. He was a luxury piece on an already loaded offense. He did his best here, hope for his best there, but the booing was psychological warfare that worked on 3rd and 7 😏

    Krim

@Grey Ford why would u boo him? He didn’t ask to get traded. He should be booing the organization not the other way around.

    Grey Ford

@Krim Read it again, i explained it.

• dragonlord

He played good other than the 3rd down

Lionize

Booing is just part of the game but there’s no actual ill will toward Hock. He gave us all he had for the better part of 4 seasons.

    Nameless Stranger

@Sean what’s funny is you think you matter to anyone let alone us, we dont care about your feelings, you must be a narcissist to think your feelings mattered in the first place. This is an inner division rivalry, cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it. The Vikings got exposed by the Lions, now your ego is being exposed, cry about it, Frosty the snowflake.

    No One

@Sean so you didn’t watch his first interview with the Vikings ok I get it. Lions fans should have definitely clapped and cheered for him out there you’re totally right.

    Sean

@No One no one said that. But way to put words in peoples mouths. You don’t have to clap for an opponent. If you could be better then he is. Prove he’s classless and that your classy. Y’all weren’t booing when JJ was getting 223 yards on y’all.

    Sean

@No One and I mean I get the anger you haven’t won a division title since 1993. And have only won 1 playoff game in the superbowl era back in the 1991 season 1992 postseason. I’d be upset too if it had been like 30 years since last postseason win. But generally most nfc north teams like the lions cuz we feel bad and want to see you win if our own teams can’t.

sotastatesoulja

All you salty vikings fans, he ain’t perfect, nobody is, but he is pretty good and definitely an upgrade over john or whatever dude name is and def over irv.

Thanks for your play today! You did great! SKOL

<--Lions fan Keep your head up Hock you played a good game.

    No One

he had a critical drop on 3rd down for an easy first and multiple missed blocks. =)

Scott Elliott

Good luck son you always play hard props

“That’s really what we’re here to do is go somewhere and win some games. That’s kind of the first time I’ve been able to say that,” Hockenson said…. 💪🏻 🦁 🏈 we had your back until those words kid. Fittingly ended the day with a fumble.

    Garrett Harvey

He’s on a playoff team at least

    jppagetoo

Was it not true? He was on a bad team for 3 years. He left a 1-6 team. Until he left the Lions were losing most of the games they played. I am a Lions fan, and I have no problem with what he said. It may not have been nice to hear, but it wasn’t a lie and wasn’t said in a disrepectful way. Lets be honest. For most of the last 60 years the Lions have lost football games.

    Nameless Stranger

dont listen to these twinkies, ur either with us or against us, and ever since he left we’ve been the hottest team in the NFL along with the 49ers. Thanks for dropping the ball Cockinson Skoal wintergreen 😂

Montarctica

Not on the Lions anymore but sure helped us out today

    Dingle_Productions

    On god 💀

Kevin Wilson

Solid interview, Hock. It’s cool to respect your former teammates. Regardless, you are home, brother. You are just getting started with us. Can’t wait for the rest with you in the fold. #SKOL

    AtheismRules ☠️

    Agreed skol

    RetroRampage

    Yeah..

Should be fun giving 17 million to a TE…

C B

They just boo’d because they felt you threw shade. But hey they started winning once you left hard to make sense of that but no love lost Hock wish u the best you gave it all you had here

    No One

    well said.

Ronnel Turner

We still love him we just didn’t want him to feel comfortable to beat us

    1000 %

    Exactly

1000 %

Love you Hock. Broke my heart to see you go but today was our day.

Robert Johnson

When you are in a game where you know you have to score points the drops kill. TJ’s drop in 2nd Qtr. In a 7-7 game 3rd and long was a killer that puts us in Detroit territory. This the Dalvin fumble the fake punt we absolutely beat ourselves the defense has to be better if we think we can make noise in the playoffs

    RayPlaysGames

Beat yourselves? Detroit caused the fumble and recovered it, it wasnt given to the lions for free. The fake punt was perfectly executed by the lions. The vikings did not beat themselves. The vikings got handled by the superior team.

Bob Persky

Hock=class act

J c33

He probably is just like “why did they start winning the second I’m traded TF?”

Charleybones

If TJ had been so productive for us, the Lions wouldn’t have traded him and would have been ready to make him a big multi year offer to make him one of the highest pad TE’s in the league. And MCDC being an ex TE, he was able to spend a lot of time working with him and seeing what he could do for the team gong forward. Instead, BH decided to trade him – and to a division rival. Hockenson is with a winner now, but he could well miss out on some great years ahead if he had stayed with the Lions. Good Luck, as long as it isn’t at the expense of the Lions.
