A few big plays, to set the tone of the game is a must. However not as important as running the ball down KC’s throats with Gordon, Lindsay, Freeman. Checkdown plays slowly working the offense down the filed will be essential to give us a larger opportunity to win. The less time Patrick Mahomes and our defense is on the field, the better for us. Drain the clock and that gives less opportunity for KC’s explosive offense to put up points. However if the broncos do take this approach of draining the clock it is essential we capatilize every drive with a score, preferably a touchdown. KC will punish us if we do not do that, they are so explosive that they do not even need a minute to score. Excited to see what this team can bring against the chiefs.
