He inspires zero confidence for me. If he had a REAL passion and desire to succeed, he would have snapped on the team for the inability to fix penalties, he never took Kellen Moore by the ear and said “ LOOK, our team succeeds when we stay balanced and RUN THE BALL, why do you keep giving up on the run, STOP ??”
@Alexander Amenta It’s called traps, counters, power, zone etc.. the rushed 4 all game and barely blitz the whole game he is right we have too find a way to stay balanced and we didn’t 100% on these coaches he said players seemed nervous at the team prayer are you serious smh too much too talk about i put blame on the headman which is MM
@Raynard Solomon yeah but Kellen has barely ever called counter runs he doesn’t call great running plays he’s way too basic with his run play calls im talking about how we actually played in the games we won we weren’t calling off tackle run plays most were inside iso plays behind a center that doesn’t get good push and behind a LG that holds on for dear life your talking about play that could work but don’t get called because we don’t have the right players to execute Kellen is our play caller not MM

Mike says he doesn’t agree with blaming refs and he literally did that multiple times this year in his pressers. Specifically remember him saying after the Raiders game the refs made the game ‘herky jerky’….
Time for a new HC. Leadership, game management, to game planning; not much of an improvement from Garrett.
He even said it in this interview when at 29:57 explaining “he talks to refs during the course of every practice” about ball spotting. Everyone knows the ref has to spot the ball after every play to establish each down and where the side judge marks the ball for the chains. He’s a habitual liar since coming to Dallas he’s repeatedly been caught lying.

The Cowboys have 46 players under contract, in 2022! They’ll be fine, the roster is relatively young, and rhe core is signed thru 2024! The depth after the top 40 players is where it gets murky! Every FA we have is easily replaceable. They’ll retain a few guys and add new FAs.. That’s every roster in the NFL!!!

Unfortunate – 12/ 5 season however Cowboys finished the season looking like a bunch of clowns – We provided the perfect example of what a team looks like when it folds, when it matters most – we’ve cemented that image that Stephen A. and others are continuously ridiculing us with “2021 Cowboys Choke Artists”
Mike said that “we have been coaching penalties since week one”. Since we lead the league in penalties all they up to week 18, we can deduce one if two issues.. either our coaches don’t know how to coach or our players are uncoachable.

Give Dan Quinn a shot, I’m not expecting a super bowl just show me something we haven’t seen in 26 years. Give us a tough accountable team that makes the playoffs every year and when they lose its because the other team out played you and not because you make 14 penalties, not starting Tony, bad O line play, bad QB play and blaming the refs.

Dallas is not going anywhere as long as Dak Prescott is the team’s QB. Nick Wright was dead on point when he said that Dak Prescott is Kirk Cousins with better PR. In the NFL teams usually do not go very far without an elite, top tier QB who is consistently accurate with passing the ball.

We’ve gone from the main attraction, in all of sports, to being a side show, not unlike a circus. Jerry Jones and our head coaches sell us on the same BS every year and we end up disappointed year after year. He has an ego out of this world. His ego is so ridiculous until he refuses to hire a coach that can get this team to the next level. He seems to thrive on surrounding himself with yes men. He doesn’t want an independent mind thinking coach.
Remember when Romo would put up 48 points and loose by 2! And everyone blamed him for the L….. Just imagine if Romo had this defense.
