Herbert is getting better and better each year. 2nd in the NFL in passing yards in a season with WR injuries, while also having offensive line with injuries.

He’s taking his leadership to the next level I think. More vocal

Unbelievable we didn’t fire Staley too 🔥especially after all the B.S decisions he has made🔥
Are we purposely trying to lose fans in a situation where we need more fans ??????????? 🤦🏻‍♂️
We lose a 27-0 lead in a Playoff game, we lose a Star WR Mike Williams to injury ,
And all the dumb questionable decisions he made throughout the 2 seasons like the Cleveland Browns browns game only reason we won because Staley got lucky Browns kicker missed the FG and last year’s season finale vs Raiders that knocked us out the Playoffs and also the Video of Staley bending over exercising on the field at Indianapolis before the game and always seems lost and clueless on how to run an NFL game at game time gets out coached.
Great job Chargers and by the way Brandon Staley initials r B.S.

This whole organization has NO sense of urgency from top to bottom always accepting mediocrity.
Horrible decision keeping Staley.
These last two seasons have been so heartbreaking and stressful as a Die Hard Chargers fan now I can accept losing but as long as we see the situation moving in a right direction but nothing but dissatisfaction with no sense of urgency after all the B.S. that has occurred these last two seasons SMH!

Herbert helps keep the team grounded. Leading by example to not get to big for their britches.

Herbert is humble and will not run over anybody with a bus. He is truly a team player!!!! That’s what I appreciate about him. It’s not about him, it’s about what the team can do and what he can do for the team!!! That’s rare nowadays!!!

Squandering Herbert’s career and talented team with incompetent head coach.
Also Talesco an underachieving time as Manager with bad inexperienced head coach hirings including Staley.
Staley so many bad questionable decisions in 2 season’s with Staley clearly has no business being an NFL head coach always out coached,

The last season finale game vs Raiders,
The Mike Williams injury,
The weird Indianapolis Monday night pre game Bending over exercise on the field the,
The recent Historical 27-0 playoffs game blunder.
The Joey Bosa helmet slam on the field shows no control of a head coach clearly gets out coached.
Staley has made his millions already $$$
This mediocrity is un acceptable and shouldn’t be tolerated.
