@Andy Clift Yeah a guy named Kalon Barnes ran a 4.23. Cine is fast at 4.37. He may be the fastest safety. Not sure if Daxton Hill is faster.

I hated the trade and am okay with pick but no fan should ever hold that over a guy, that’s not his fault. Hoping the best for him and his career here with Vikings 🤘
@Violet Valkyrie you’re right trade charts are pretty bs. Ik people hate trading with the lions and if jameson williams becomes a great player like i think he can its gonna suck. With that being said, lets say we take kyle hamilton at 12. The texans traded down at pick 13 irl, and whats to stop them from trading with the lions themselves and then the lions still drafting williams. Im much more nervous about the packers getting wyatt then i am about the lions who wasted barry sanders, megatron, stafford, etc.
@Aaron Mangakau the gap in talent at 12 vs the talent at 32 isnt nearly as huge as people are making it out to be. Kyle hamilton is probably a generational safety, guess what we’ve had one of those for the last decade and it hasnt amounted to much. Cine has a winning mentality, can learn from one of the best safeties in the league, and has a great attitude. I’ll take him, the pick at 34, and pick 66 over kyle hamilton and 46. Did i think i’d say that before the draft? No, HELL NO, but the more i think about whos available the more i like this trade. I would’ve loved to get detroits future 1st, or not have to add in 46, but the trade is done, and it was made by an insanely smart dude, who has recieved nothing but praise from people all around the league who made a trade with possibily the worst run franchise in the history of sports.
I don’t think it’s about and it shouldn’t be about the player he’s good. We’re just not liking the way vikings decision makers did a trade with our division rivals and put them in a great spot to get a weapon

I really like the pick especially where we got him but I just believe we could have gotten more out of the trade when you drop back 20 spots in round 1, if the roles were reversed we would have given up hella to jump that far up but we allow a division foe to get tremendous value in the trade without sacrificing much
