I was laughing when the Cowboys ran a Draw with 14 seconds left. Then I sat back and thought to myself “damn…I can totally see Roman calling that play in that moment” that’s where we are at this point. Time to make a choice Ravens. Either make some changes or live with the complacency that we’ve been seeing these last couple of years.
Draw would’ve gained atleast 7 yards with Lamar tho

Why is Greg Roman not gone?
Because they are going to bring him back to have a healthy Lamar and try in yr 5, to do what couldn’t be done with this style offense since 2018
My lesson is that Dak Prescott, Matthew Stafford and Lamar Jackson are all 1-3 in the playoffs and Dak and Matthew are not scrutinized like Lamar was. Stafford won his first playoff game and Dak lost his third playoff game. Oh and Kyler looked turrible.( In Barkley’s voice). But will we hear anything about his performance?

People are dogging America team qb dak, people can dog dak, but you say one bad thing about Lamar and its deemed “rac1st” people have dogged out Stafford. People say the winningest qb in Brady is over the hill, past his prime if he throw 4 picks in a game.
Let Lamar throw 4 picks in a game, and have a 4 game run of less than 20 points a game and any criticism him is a hater.
But that’s a narrative player that must be protected for a storyline.
A lesson I learned is that a mediocre at best OC calling plays will waste away the prime of one of the most transcendent QBs the league has ever seen. The Ravens have no clue how to put their offense first. It’s always defense and retaining average coaches. Time to invest in some O-Line, new HC and new OC. This is the off-season we change it up or continuing to be average and eventually lose Lamar.

@C brooks that would be a valid excuse if we were getting blown out in games. Other than the Bengals losses we took Ls in one possession games even with a beat up roster. It’s bad coaching pure and simple.
Now Pittsburgh is up to find a qb in the 1st rd and geez if they luck up and get lucky with a kenny Pickett or sam Howell. Nnnnn if those guys pan out, guess who in trouble in the division.

What I learned is that other teams around the league are evolving, while the Ravens keep wasting talent and shooting themselves in the foot like always. It’s the same story every year. There is a reason why the yearly attendance average dropped for home games at M&T Bank stadium after 2016.
No the reasons why the attendance dropped was the London situation where the players kneeled. They aren’t trying to shoot themselves in the foot, they are trying to evolve its just sometimes the Football Gods can get in the way. Ask the Patriots that question.
@Michael Hession if they are trying to evolve, why are they making the same dumb mistakes over and over again constantly such as, making players healthy scratches after a good game, benching the players after being effective on a drive in a game, not adjusting or making changes, not using timeouts correctly, poor tackling, saying they’ll fight harder after a loss but nothing to show for it next game, etc?
@Michael Hession also, it wasn’t just because of what happened in London, people keep getting tired of the same thing happening every single year. 2018 was the worst attendance average since 2006. By the middle of that season, you could see missing seats in the stadium. It wasn’t til the Ravens went on the 6-1 streak with Lamar at helm to end the season for the attendance to rise for the end of that year. 2021 season home attendance was even worse than the 2017 season, think about that. 2017 was the year with the London Situation happened. This was the best year for NFL viewership and attendance to the games since 2015, think about it. Was it really the London situation that was the only reason that caused the low attendance even now? If our 2007 ( 5-11 season) and 2015 (5-11) season had a better attendance average than 2017-2021 then there is a problem.

@Ty Cheek coaching has been a problem for years. Talent on the team has been hiding it for quite some time now. Without a lot of talent you would see how exposed the coaching has been.
@X we wouldn’t have an mvp qb or historic offense without the coaches, we don’t just happen to have a roster that’s better than what other teams could do for the last 30 years
I got sad seeing how creative these coordinators are with there offense and how there receivers are schemed open and the fact that we are limited in our passing game we look like J V . And the ravens don’t wanna do anything different . Same thing expecting a different result. SMH
I learned that if The Ravens continue with Greg Roman next year, I will be saving myself thousands of dollars on not buying merch/tickets or anything else Ravens until these mediocre passing schemes are gone. Oh and if Harbaugh doesn’t figure out when to call timeouts/challenges… Absolute terrible clock management.
I hope The Ravens Organization has learned a lot this past weekend on being absent in the playoffs when we could have easily been there this year even with all the injuries. Bad coaching ultimately cost us this season. No more excuses… time for next man up on the coaching staff in several positions.
6 losses in a row is not Lamar’s fault or any of the players fault. I fault Harbaugh on a few things, but in no way do i want someone else coaching this team. 5 of the last 6 losses were by a total of 8 points. The analytics didn’t work out for us this year down the stretch. Greg Roman needs to go. We need O-line and mire depth on D. We will come back. 2 top 50 overall picks… in EDC we Big Truss

I learned the last 2 teams that moved on from Greg Roman(Bills and Niners) have good wins. Still waiting to learn where this supposed “vault” is tho…
@king shark it’s hard with a piss poor run game, 3rd string defense, backup qb and college level o line to win a pro game. It’s amazing they almost beat teams like green Bay, how they got there is purely coaching
@Han Freeman … true, … but dang we haven’t been to the big dance since 2012. N all to show was a overpaid qb that we couldn’t field a team around to win again. Now we 1yr away from missing a chance to take advantage of a rookie deal qb.

I hope the Ravens coaches and front office saw the same thing you saw. What I learnt is we need changes and big ones. We need to get our pass rush right. We also need to get CBs because if we don’t, teams will run us over in the passing game. Also Greg Roman can go as watching this week proves that Roman can’t be an OC
