Raiders appear to have made a terrible mistake in hiring McDaniels as HC. He doesn’t what it takes to be a successful nfl head coach. Bite the bullet Raiders and move on without him. He’s more responsibility than anything else !

Derek Carr has to be aggressive. We need to lineup at shotgun & throw quick passes that take 3 seconds or less to help our weak offensive line. Run the football with Josh Jacobs to control the time of posession. Running the football successfully will open up play action pass to all of our weapons.
