@Shaquan Reaves its bad when other teams are calling out ur plays and he still have the same playbook. Real fans want to win and want the team to be placed in the best position, Thats why Cleveland didn’t want him. Sure he will get hired He would best fit with the little league rec team around the corner and even they would fire him after they find out his disastrous play book.

@Lawrence Brooks Get real with that disastrous elementary play book the only thing he is missing is the statue of Liberty. He is washed-up time for something better this team has too much talent for his non expanding plays.

@Eroc Money I think its moreso his personnel usage and not utilizing the wrs outside of M. Brown. You saw when we didn’t have our FB in the game or using him in the slot(which I agree is horrible) we’re able to space the football field.

KC OC, Marvin Lewis, Jim Caldwell, and there are others who would fit the bill and do a great job.

But, if I’m a owner, I bring him in, with a rookie deal dual threat qb that he likes and let him have the keys for those 3-5 yrs of his offensive shelf life.

Roman with a rookie deal qb is worth the risk. So believe me you, he getting hired this season. Dont be shock to see him in Chicago with fields.

I am a lifelong Maryland resident, and, like you, I am frustrated with fans/non-fans seeking to heap this mess of a losing season on LJ. LJ is the best thing to ever happen to the Ravens franchise, and, ultimately, we all will see whether the Ravens recognize this generational talent and reward him with a high $ contract on a level with Mahomes and Allen. I agree and disagree. I definitely want to see a playoff berth but Shutting Lamar down if he isn’t totally mobile is the best decision. He himself (Lamar) should set that precedent if he knows he’s not totally ready to do whatever it takes to win. As an athlete, you know when your hobbled.

@Malik Salisbury yeah but if Lamar is practicing this week, he’s gonna play, that’s just the athlete that he is and the youthfulness of him. Lamar will be looking at it more from a contract side than a health side, even tho I don’t think he needs to prove anything, with a healthy squad next year, should be 🔥🔥🔥. Either way I love watching him play, no matter the score he’s just that electric 👌🏼

Lamar is indeed under contract for next year. We exercised his 5th year option last season. Who knows? With some decent guys like Jimmy Smith, Tavon young, and Chris westry coming back, maybe the secondary can put up at least a little resistance. Can’t get worse than last week 🤷‍♂️

@Malik Salisbury Agree with your sentiment. Wonder if Lamar can go against a coach who states/believes he’s ready to play despite LJ’s belief/feeling otherwise? Can he successfully tell the hc “no” without risk to his future standing with the team? Always wondered who makes the final call in these type decisions: doctor, hc, or player. Brings to mind the situation in Washington with RG III. Should be interesting to see what happens on Sunday. Stay tuned.

Probably higher risk of aggravating injury if he has not recovered fully. Last 2 games probably high on Harbaugh’s list since he needs LJ (again) to save (50% wins?) his season/job. Harbaugh owes LJ at least 50% of his salary.
Saving Harb’s job not worth further injury to LJ.

“Capable of” may not be the question. Q– is he permitted by the play design or game plan or the OC to call audibles?
