Best hands yes, best route runner is kelce, and best blocker is kittle. But mark andrews is the second best blocker and route runner with the best hands. So hes my TE 1.

Bro kelce is in the Air Reid offense and has Hill taking double teams all day. Kelce gets so many one on ones. Andrews draws 2-3 defenders all game.
Kittle before Debo samuels breakout year was primary target as well in a run heavy offense.
Waller is primary target in raiders offense

L.J. is correct. At times last season Mark was the offense beside him. There were some short comings that someone could throw out there. But he earned his props.
