​@13 Lmao I’m talking about quarterbacks and offenses, not entire teams. I don’t feel a lot of pity for Kyler, all he has against him is his Oline and Lamar doesn’t even have that going well for him this year either so it’s fair for both.

Murray has a head coach in Kingsbury with an offensive style/scheme specifically tailored for him.
Murray also has a top 3 receiver in Hopkins (my favorite in the league), an out-of-his-prime but consistent and surehanded future Hall of Famer with Fitzgerald, and a reliable 3rd option with Christian Kirk.
Even Kenyan Drake is an above average RB doing great in Arizona and Dan Arnold as TE1 isn’t even bad.
Arguably a much better cast of weapons than what Lamar had last year: a top 5 TE in Mark Andrews, a perpetually injured rookie Marquise Brown, slot receiver Willie Snead as the occasional WR1 because of that, Mark Ingram playing above average as an all-around back, then Nick Boyle and Hayden Hurst sometimes — two TEs with good hands (+speed for Hurst) and top blocking ability. Also it was his first year with OC Greg Roman, seeing as Harbaugh came from a Special Teams background.

Lamar just outplays him, end of story. You can’t bring up defense and “it’s a team sport” after saying he’s played much worse throughout his career then you’re proven wrong.
