@Bakary Jallow McDaniels was at his Pro day so he’s one of the QBs they have on their radar. Anytime McDaniels is seen checking out a QB leading up to the draft it means the Pats are high on him.

@86250r Yes, but the recievers face far more competant defensive backs. There are a lot of factors that will effect whether or not a player will succeed.
Trask is honestly lucky. He has a chance of getting on a good team right away, unlike 3/4 of the top prospects. Imagine if Tampa Bay believes in his future. A few years learning behind the GOAT and than getting a stacked roster wouldn’t be a half bad start to your career.

To be fair the past 2 years he’s had the best games out of anyone against the eventual national champions, he managed to stay with lsu untill after the half was over

I think Trask will be picked by a team that doesn’t necessarily need a QB, but drafts a guy to develop as a backup. Every year we get a team that takes a nice QB only to never play the guy.

The other guys are all 4 round and later that’ll be 5-10 plays a game kind of guys. He had less nfl talent on his offense than bama did on their defense and he picked them apart. He tormented surtain all game regardless of which wr it was.
NFL receivers will make up for many shortcomings vs college level players, when they face NFL defences you’ll notice the shortcomings of that QB.
I have not seen those quick feet from white quarterbacks since Steve Young.
It means this guy can throw while avoiding the sacks. He is making accurate throws too.
