I’m a huge falcons fan but I’m also a realist. I don’t see us winning no more than 4 games this year. Oline super shaky, injury prone qb, very tough schedule, and a 3 round rookie that I don’t have much faith in. I like the direction we are going but its gonna take more time

Facts
They couldnβt have grabbed a better QB to help Pitts thrive. Delaney Walker thrived the second Marcus suited up in a Titans uniform, and even in the glimpses we saw of him in LV, Waller looked even more lethal with Mariota under center than Carr. Hopefully London can relieve some of the attention Pitts will be getting from defenses. Having a #1 option is meaningless if you donβt have a second and third option who can punish the defense for loading up on your #1β¦

Yea I think they will scheme well eventually the oline will need to show some improvement though…We are in a very good spot…Any holes on the Oline and Dline should get filled in next yrs draft or free agency…Only caveat is Fontenot can’t miss next yr when fills in our holes…
@Matty Ghost I’ve heard that Fontenot’s specialty is in free agency. Not so much in drafting. I hope this time they can eventually have a championship caliber defense and a decent offense. They’ve already proven a championship offense won’t overcome a poor defense. Especially a defense that obviously had little discipline and conditioning. I heard that the players were partying before the game and hi-fiving each other at halftime. Even the Super Bowl that New Orleans won was largely due to their defense

Damn that looks a lot like that dime to Waller that Mariota threw the last time he played starting QB reps vs LAC after Carr went down. His benching in TEN was absolute bogus dogshit. Not only did they start the season with a brutal schedule but they were without their all pro tackle and had new guys still figuring out the system and their chemistry. The fact that they benched him as soon as the schedule softened up and they finally played 3 bad defenses in a row, was wack!! They owed him the chance to take those 3 easy games as tune-ups after the Titans took 4 seasons to actually get him an O-line and weapons and they freaking bench him as the scapegoat 5 games into finally having the support⦠and Marcus is about to ball out and show the Titans that they gave up on him way too soon to throw a ton of money at a journeyman.
For the ones who reads this just know this is only the beginning keep pushing, grinding, and fighting. Whatever it is in life you want to do to go after it life is to short. Life is a marathon not a sprint so go out there and live it up I hope all is well and goes well for you peace and one love! βπ½
