lovely stuff

Sammy Licata

I’ve been saying this for a while, besides all the athletic stuff his QB IQ is off the charts.

    Chief Daddy

@Steez OnyahMomma Right and I do realize that but it also takes one willing to be receptive to that. I give Smith all the credit in the world but Patrick still has to take those things he learned and translate it to the field.

    Isaiah Hairston

@Chief Daddy i think pat gives alex a lot of credit because hes humble and he def did learn some stuff from him but im sure if patrick started all 16 games of his rookie year. he wouldve done just fine.

    Steez OnyahMomma

Isaiah Hairston that’s a good thing to think about… I’m sure he would have done fine if he started his rookie year… but since he sat and studied the game, he came out crisp and polished. 50TDs.
I love Patrick Mahomes. Lol I’m a chiefs fan

    Isaiah Hairston

@Steez OnyahMomma no doubt, sitting definitely allowed him to be polished. But from all we know about how impressed everyone was with him just through 7 on 7s, training comp and practice squad stuff. He probably wouldve lit up the league anyways, that being said im not trying to take anything away from alex’s influence. he 100% had a positive effect and so did being able to just learn the offense for a year. but pats character and talent is such we shouldnt expect that he wouldnt have dnoe what he did regardless.

    Steez OnyahMomma

Isaiah Hairston True. That was well said. πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Vinyl LP Reviews

Patrick Mahome
Brett Farve arm.
Peyton Manning ability to read defenses and make quick decisions.
John Elways ability to scramble and make throws outside the pocket.

    NMJ 88

Also Brady and Montana’s performance in clutch moments. He’s turning into a hybrid of the best of the best.

    Lester Long

    @NMJ 88 that’s facts

    Vinyl LP Reviews

@NMJ 88 I agree, very good in the clutch. I remember a criticism that he wasn’t a winner in college. I think he’s proved those critics wrong.

Vee Robillard

For me, he is the most fun-to-watch QB I have ever seen. On top of that, he’s incredibly grounded, humble and a nice guy, and treats everyone around him with respect. He’s not a DIVA.

    Steez OnyahMomma

Vee Robillard he’s the future πŸ™‚ I’ve said since his preseason game vs Tennessee in 2017

Pablo Jose

When Mahomes throws the ball, he places them in areas where there’s less of a chance of the receivers getting hit hard when they catch it. Maybe this is common among quarterbacks, but I’ve never heard other quarterbacks say the same.

    mpireone

Yes, that’s what caused his tipped INT in SB LIV. Patrick was concerned about Tyreek getting hit by the safety, so he didn’t want to throw it where it actually needed to be. After that play he kicked himself and said he should’ve just let Tyreek take the hit.
    Heard that on Mic’d Up.

I’ve waited 45 years to see this kid… AND HE’S ON MY TEAM! I’m not going to be bitching or complain about anything today. I’m just going to be grateful and make this day special. *puts on tool bags and gets to work* πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š

Love seeing Kurt Warner! #always my hero#

David Knigge

Coming from Kurt Warner that is huge praise. And it seems a well-founded. I might add that there is a profound athleticism that allows him to throw the ball when his feet aren’t planted properly. His pocket presence rivals Tom Brady. His accuracy is among the very best. His on-field presence and awareness is like Peyton Manning. Then the ability to run for first downs is like Aaron Rodgers. His leadership on the field is like who? He keeps amping up his Playmates

Dan b

I’m convinced that Mahomes was made in a Lab. They took the dna of the best QB’s in NFL history and made Mahomes. He’s a test tube athlete.

I think Earl Thomas clicked on the dislike button. πŸ˜‚

Born in Kansas City and been a chiefs fan my whole life. It’s really special to hear one of my favorite QBs saying some great things about PM.

Nissan370Z

Wish my late KC Chief loving dad could have seen Mahomes. He complained for years about the Blackledge pick disaster when they could have picked Marino.

Telltale Twotones

He’s anatomically set up to be an amazing athlete, has the work ethic and humilty for success and then he’s one of those extremely rare people who uses both sides of his brain simultaneously. Kid would be amazing in anything he tried.

DigDigDig

Kurt KILLED me when I bet against him during his first starts….
