My opinion on Carr is he isn’t a mahomes, Brady or Rodgers those qbs have defined talents and play styles that make them unique but carr is highly adaptable he has shown multiple times he will completely change his way of thinking and playing based off what the coaches want which is y I think he’s a great starting piece for a new staff

    He’s never been the problem with this team! Of course he’s had a few bad games but in all his years he’s never good steady management or strong star players at the same time

Big time, die hard Raider fan from the late 60s. So I’ve seen it all….the great, the good, the bad, the ugly! Love to hear Kirk’s enthusiasm and insights. Hope the new staff can bring out the best in these players. People always talk about what a talented roster we have. I’m in wait and see mode.. don’t want to get too high or too low. Just show me results! After the bye week, honestly, they lost five out of six, was it realistic to think they would win their final four games and make the playoffs? They need to win the games they should win. They got manhandled by the Chiefs and lost to the Giants! But again, another season completed… always hope!

im curious to see how mcdaniels is gonna adjust to coaching a team that will be top 3 in penalties. Its one thing to coach for the patrtios who get away with things, and its another thing to coach a team thats always been targeted by the nfl gets all the ticky tack calls.
