My biggest concern for Urban is his health. Can he really work well with the personnel longevity? I pray he does well in Jacksonville
I hope he can come in and turn it around, then if he needs to walk away I’d be ok with it. If he can just get the Jags back to being successful like when we first were created.
The Jaguars need a culture change and honestly its worth that risk. The staff that he will bring in will be elite and that’s one of the biggest reasons for his success at the college ranks. If he brings success in Jacksonville I’m all in.

Let’s be honest hes targeting a age group who is college level and he is about to grow learn train and develop with that age group.
Its not like normal trying to compete every year . Only Jimmy Johnson has gotten to do it like this and when theh get to a point he will quit. This isnt a career. In 3 yrs he will keep players while everyone else is flipping thinking about yrs from now. He wins they will drain the cap and set up yrs after him with no shot to win lol
can someone give us an update on the cyst that caused him to resign at OSU? Was it removed? I thought the pain was unbearable under pressure situations? If it hasn’t been taken out, maybe the NFL is less stressful than college? Just wondering what he’s going to do when/if it starts acting up again?
