I commend the “players” for taking accountability. However the concerning thing is the “lack of certainty” on what and how to fix the issues. THIS is a direct reflection on “Leaderships” inability to either see or own WTH is broken‼️ Real Leaders can see what others can’t. Leadership has PEAKED! It’s time to pivot. The philosophy does NOT fit this era. PERIOD!!
