Kevin Stefanski: “We gotta make sure we come ready to play”

I love our cast of characters. I do wish Kevin would open up just a tad more. Baker’s injuries and harness are seemingly custom made to affect his particular strengths, and not in a good way. Everyone can see it. Due to the other strengths on this team there is hope for this season, yet. Almost unbelievably at 7-8. Im hoping for better luck next year with injuries to key players and bad calls by the ref’s. I think the execution by Baker in those critical moments at the end of the game will match his healthy potential. Lets hope so anyway! Now, somehow win out and all this angst of lost opportunity will be forgotten!

You’re never ready to play unless you unleash and trust all your explosive point-scoring playmaking talents on your team, along with better play calling. Need to play more Johnson, Higgins and more passes to running backs.

Why even interview KS. Its “we gotta do better as coaches”, “we gotta do better as Players”, “schematically we gotta do better”, “Baker can probably answer that Better”, “Myles can probably answer that better”, “the QB/team we are playing are playing at a high Level”, “we gotta be ready to go !” That about sums up every interview

So if Cincy wins on Sunday, then Monday is all for naught.

Nobody mentions, but kudos to Joe Woods and his top 10 defense in this year of Covic and injuries aside.

I don’t feel like Stefanski still has the lockerroom. We will see Monday night.

I’m sure Baker throws just fine with the harness a practice. Different story when you’re throwing with the harness under duress in a game. Stefanski doesn’t understand that because he didn’t play QB. Van Pelt does.

If Mayfield is hurt in all type of ways, why do the coaches, staff, management and owners allow him to make decisions on whether or not to play? Why are they giving too power to a player whose health is very detrimental to the team? What does the team see in him not to let him get that surgery and end his year and let him come back better next year? Because Mayfield’s choice to continue playing while hurt right now to me is a very selfish move. I am just saying.

Baker is undefeated this year in practice….

I wanted to congratulate you coach were in last place good job coach. You’re conservative aproach has served us well. Now that the season is over you might as well put all the starters on the bench. Next year i want to make an early prediction even though this country club eerr i mean football team wasn’t ready to play on the start of the season i believe you will do the exact same thing next year. Yes i know these comment’s are really snarky and negative but i gave this guy a chance and i believe he is not the answer to winning anything in Cleveland sadly it will take another year of this guys pathetic coaching before he’s gone! Looking forward to that day!!
