@Beachball Chronicles It dont matter. Dont look at the Browns to evaluate. Look at what Stefanski had done. Had a great season with Case Keenum at qb. Who plays a little bit like baker in basically the same office. If you actually did research, It looked like a great hire from day 1 in my opinion
@Shrum Media He was good to get Baker on track. But he can do that without calling the offense on game day. I think AVP should be doing that. ❌This becomes a problem with EVERY Browns head coach that also wants to call plays🤦🏻♂️
Regardless, Browns went out swinging and proved everybody they ain’t the “same old browns” and made it further than ANYONE expected! Incredible to witness what the Browns achieved this season 👏

Play calling have been sus at times but hes our head coach and he will get better (hopefully).
I think next season he should let AVP call the plays and just focus on coaching it takes pressure off him and also I have confidence in AVP after what he showed in the Steelers game.

@Edward Gaines The only way this year was to be our best chance year is because of the easy schedule. When the playoffs start you have to almost play mistake free to win. First year HC, new scheme, a depleted secondary makes it that much harder. I agree that if we make play or two,, we win that game, but a defending SB team knows better how to do that.
@Jim Harris Against Patrick Mahomes, that’s one thing, but against a 35-year old back-up QB? This is going to sound bizarre, but if you consider the circumstances, this really was the Browns best chance to get to the AFC Championship. The NFC East sweep, the Bengals sweep, the Covid-19 ejections and game ceancellations, and most of all Big Ben throwing all those picks! You couldn’t duplicate this year, not in a million years.

Couldnt be happier with this coach and our team! For once im looking forward to next year. We got an excellent GM as well that will address our holes on defense and whatever else we need. Got a lot of young talent as well. He exceeded my expectations by a mile. I love his attitude and the culture he brought here. Coach of the year!!
Heads up Browns fans! Nothing to hang our heads about! Great season, great coach and good young players! We finally get to start a new season with the same coach and same scheme. Baker finally gets to hit the ground running. What I love most; him and our players r genuinely disappointed they didnt beat the chiefs. Not happy about playing them tight or moral victories! He had them all believing we could go on the road and beat the best team in football. Great job coach! Love Bakers growth this year on and off the field. Hopefully we get great production from OBJ, Delpit, and Greedy next season. Need to address that defense! It was terrible all year!! We had a lot of injuries in our secondary and got hit hard by covid at the worst time but still need some help. One thing I know is were finally in great hands with our Gm and HC.

This coming from a coach who *DEFERRED* the opening kickoff. You don’t let the Chiefs dictate tempo. Browns are the challenger, they should’ve come out first!
@Edward Gaines no I would definitely defer so that way we can get the ball back. You don’t want to risk the chiefs getting a huge lead and then they get ball back at half. If we convert that touchdown and missed helmet to helmet call. This is a totally different game going into half time. Then they get the ball back.

@614Brownsfan No, I’m just extremely salty over this loss. If there is a God, he gave the Browns so many chances to win the game, the Mahomes concussion and the Henne interception.
