Urgency would have them playing with 0-1 mindset each week, going into a game, thinking 1-0 causes relaxation, you play Urgency “behind the 8 ball ” not ahead of it.its to late anyways, they blew the chance to cruise thru the schedule, mainly because of this guy and his card playing buddy Woods

Look at what the buckeyes did after the Oregon loss….they immediately fixed the defense and got a new DC and osu is 2nd in the country.

@p J are you really that dense? there’s no off weeks in the nfl like college. OSU plays 2-3 hard games a year outside of the playoffs, very easy to redo defenses when you’re playing bowling green.

I think we always have that since of urgency. That’s why we will start Baker and make are offence one dimensional , run dependent and UNimaginative because it’s worked great so far. Beside we can’t throw it and we will play the same old vanilla defence because we can’t cover or tackle. So yea cross your fingers go BROWNS.

If we miss the playoffs it is because of Andrew Berry, Paul Depodesti and the coaching staff period. They are responsible for the overall product they personally built. We are not doing well because Berry’s draft picks haven’t played well and the free agents are underperforming period. Did Baker have a few bad games. Yet bet. Joe Woods and Stefanski lost 3 games because of the lame game schemes. KC/SD and PittsPuke.
