@HEM man The Browns lost the entire receiving corp, two starting LBs, and the LT the day they were getting on the plane to New York. I think that would have an impact on any team. It’s sad that it was even a game. The jets were inches away from letting a seriously depleted offense back into a game where they had a 17 point lead. If I am a Jets fan, I am not seeing this as a victory because it shows exactly how many players a good team has to lose in order to reduce them to the same level as the Jets. Yikes!

Especially on the offensive line. Kendall Lamm and Nick Harris gave up sacks that wouldn’t have happened, they completely failed in run blocking, and the wide receivers ran the wrong routes on a bunch of plays. That simply doesn’t happen with Wyatt Teller, Jedrick Wills, Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins, etc

You do not understand football operations.

My only problem is you have the number 3 running attack and you are down all of your wide receivers. So why would you throw it more than any other week when you have 2 studs behind Mayfield. People want to blame Mayfield. I blame stefanski. Play action doesn’t work when you don’t run the ball and putting it all on Mayfield to just drop back and throw every down doesn’t work. I don’t care if it is Patrick mahomes, if you don’t run at all and think you are going to sling it to a bunch of receivers that haven’t been playing and have no continuity then you are setting up your team for a loss. A few weeks ago they were talking of kareem and nick having a thousand yards and if you do what you did this week nick won’t even get a thousand yards. It’s crazy everyone on the planet says this is a run team first and play actions off of that. That’s just not true because stefanski wants to sling it and show he’s high powered. I guess you don’t realize we could be twice as lethal if you would just hand it off. I’m not here to bash Kevin either. I’ve been a browns fan for 45 years and watched a lot of unbelievable calls by the coaching staff and this was another one of those days. On top of that I don’t care if you have the worst safety ever on the sidelines, you can’t tell me that he’s not better than sandejo. Sandejo is so concerned about hitting the person as hard as he can that he doesn’t even cover them. I’m not quite sure how the staff doesn’t see that as well. If this game would of been called correct we wouldn’t of lost. Same with the titans game. Once you have a huge lead then it’s time to chew up the clock and run on first and second and play action 3rd down. That’s how you win games. Love stefanski but very disappointed in the play calls. Even in some of our wins.

@Franko Tenzek Exactly, Stefanski called a bad game.. you have to get the run game going,.. by the end the Jets were playing Cover D, they were protecting the pass and the Browns still didn’t run .. smh

I don’t think the Browns wanted or requested that. They need a FULL week to re-assess the personnel crisis and game plan for Pittsburgh.

@Jay Taylor we had Seibert the beginning of the year, remember?! We got rid of him because he wasn’t consistent anymore and kept missing extra points and field goals. He got worse in his second year so they cut him and the Bengals picked him up and we took Parkey from the Bengals.

@Edward Gaines I guess after he screwed the pooch with the bears in their wild card game and had no more work and the titans picked him up for three games and then the browns were impressed with him during camp so they signed him to the practice squad. When Seibert sucked they brought parkey up since he was doing good on practice squad. He did a stint eith us before so they gave him another chance and He did gr8 at the beginning and middle of the season, but towards the end he got in his own head and now he is unreliable. They have to cut him now or we won’t win games. You see they depended on Gillan to kick the 50 yards because they knew parkey couldn’t get anywhere close. Although Gillan missed badly, I’d rather he kick than parkey anyday smh

@Branden武蘭伝 incase u missed the game, our rbs were getting tackled 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage. Also, baker turned the ball over on a QB sneak. Twice this season. That cannot happen. Fumbles forced in the pocket are a part of the game, but u should hold on to the fkin ball when u run a sneak play. One of the safest plays in football and Baker cocked it up. Of course he should be mad, and baker was too

👎No, it sounds like he foolishly didn’t try to adjust his game plan at all. Stack the box or not, he needed a much more balanced ATTEMPTED attack. Players should be offended by suggesting he can trot anybody out there and win NFL games. Very 😠 pompous. Finally, he should have the back of his quarterback, considering the personnel crisis, speaking here and he certainly seems not to. Coaching is the worst part of this loss in my opinion.
