It all starts with the coaching, look at the Falcons right now and your really gonna tell me about talent? They got Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, Todd Gurley, and Alex Mack on offense and are 0-5. Players in this league aren’t built to win 0 and 1 games, when they’re only the 2nd team to go 0-16 ya know its bad. You keep saying talent but talent needs to be utilized and controlled correctly, Kitchens couldn’t handle it because he was inexperienced and undisciplined, Jackson has had experience before and he couldn’t push more than 3 wins in his 2 and half seasons. Idc if your a Hue Jackson fan or not, you don’t go 0-16 and 1-15 in the NFL its just unacceptable.

@Oscar H. njoku is underrated in my opinion. I like our three tight ends. Njoku wasn’t worth a first, but he’s still a quality player (especially in the red zone) that can help this team.
Thaddeus Maxwell njoku was always healthy his first couple years. He got hurt last year because baker threw him a hospital pass. I’d give him more leeway

I wish we would’ve signed him as our coach the first time we were going to and this would’ve been his 2nd season. But I’m happy he’s here now and we are winning and turning this thing around. Not quite around the corner, but its getting there.
