Players need to play….coach has strong leadership skill…let’s see how that translates to the field. My sense is this staff has its arms around game planning and play calling. Can’t wait to see…wouldn’t it be awesome to beat the Ravens.

He realizes the media is the problem. Better not to engage and keep it close to the vest. It seems a lot of people are interested in having Baker fail and causing turmoil.
Remember: Baker is the answer, not the question [from a Pat’s fan].

3 keys to success:
1) Don’t overthink play-calls or get cute. Baker’s not a WR
2) Give Chubb and Hunt the ball, A LOT
3) No 4th & 10 draw plays.
4) when obj has 1on1 coverage, throw him the damn ball!!
Also no delay of game penalties on the goal line so you can get a “free timeout”

I’m just happy we don’t have to hear THE SAME QUESTION TO START EVERY SINGLE PRESS CONFERENCE now. I can’t believe how much the media cares about who is going to call plays Sunday. The media is too caught up in how worthless Freddie was as a play-caller and they think that means that NO head coach is capable of being both the head coach AND the play-caller. Stefanski is NOT Freddie Kitchens…Freddie had a huge ego and refused to allow collaboration or input on game day (or at any time really). Stefanski has NO ego and will have absolutely no problem taking input and suggestions from Van Pelt, Joe Woods, Priefer, Bill Callahan and anybody else who can help the team on game day.
Play calling is meaningless, it’s about delagation. They have like 30 coaches, or something. That is insane! Put people in positions to succeed, and good things will happen. The play calling questions are really dumb, it makes no difference if your ego is in check.
Meaningless unless Kitchens is calling them.
I’m certain that all 7 fans in the stands will appreciate it…
