That definitely wasn’t no hard fought game we should had won that game 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
@arendahl true can’t speak about baker 🤫🤫🤦🏾♂️
@Guwop 216 baker was also not the problem in that game lol. The fumble was bad, but it’s not even slightly debatable that the dropped passes were the biggest problem. Same thing happened in the steelers game. When Baker plays okay, the receivers all decide to suck. When the receivers play well, Bakers off; or the playcalling is off, or the line sucks. It’s just a rotation of who wants to be bad that week.
I would buy Clowney the meal of his choice for the effort he extended last night. That dude ran a couple of hard miles.

Most of our losses this season we gave the game to the opponents.
It’s time to figure out how to scheme to get receivers open when our running game is being shut down. Figure it out coach!
Well, they are scheming them open but they drop the ball or Baker doesn’t get them the ball. Worst case scenario ever.
4 int and we still lost. Give up play calling or get fired
Getting better starts with Stefanski. His playing calling has been HORRIBLE for weeks. His clock and TO management remains HORRIBLE. His “aggressiveness” remains wreckers, since Week 1. If he is not discliplined and if he constantly drops the proverbial ball, why expect better from the TEs or Baker?
I dont think he was aggressive enough in this one…
wreckers???
@ohiomoto Seriously, worst take I’ve seen this week and there’s been a lot of shitty takes.
How can you say that our running game was shut down when you only give Chubb 8 carries? The guy is averaging 6 yards per and he gets 8 carries in the biggest game of the year. Against a depleted Ravens defense on top of it. Brilliant!!! It’s no wonder why we had 12 men on the field twice in a row.
Late last year we ran on teams just fine with half/most of our line out. If we are that bad without the run game, the coaches better come up with a different offensive scheme. You simply can’t abandon the run in a play action scheme. I have a feeling half the WR group will be let go after this season, they can’t get open or catch a ball when it matters.
@Jonas Music True, so why was Hunt on the sideline on key downs?
Peace to all. Belichick passed a total of 3 times last game. Browns can’t get Stefanski to run the ball 3 times in a row! Shows a difference in a competent offensive coordinator that studies & schemes DIFFERENT plays & doesn’t give up on the run game vs a coach that’s stuck on his ego, gives up on the run game early EVERY game & runs the same plays don’t it 😳🤣😂. Eventually, AVP will be able to call a game….we hope 🥺. Everyone crying about 9 in the box, I guess that’s thrown out the window. Either that or the patriots have better running backs then the Browns. We know that’s not the case, don’t we? 😂🤣. See everyone next year 💪🏾👍🏾. #GoBrowns
@theGod black Spot on. I don’t get the ego thing. If you love your team and your job, don’t keep doing things that don’t work.
@Jim Harris Peace to you. Facts! The very definition of insanity. Peace
There’s a thin line between delusion and effort Kevin is really crossing that thin line. I love this guy but he really needs to figure out what to do with the quarterbacks. Second we have to find a new identity. Defense definitely improved last night but offense and special teams need tweaking.
Well, yes the play calling and player decisions are questionable. But, were 500 were not 0fer. He’s a second year coach and is going thru growing pains. Belichek went thru some crazy idea his first few years, now look at him. Yes this isn’t the season we wanted, but, it could be worse. I don’t see Jim Leonard out there fair catching everything. We need a big fast play making WR. NO ONE fears out WR room. We need a guy with size and speed.
I knew it was over once Jarvis fumbled. It was really the first drive where I felt like the offense was getting into a rhythm and then for no reason you run some stupid trick play?
If it would have worked, you would have praised it.
@Gordon Sure. But it didn’t work, it wasn’t necessary, and we turned the ball over.
@Gordon it was horribly timed and poorly designed. That’s on the coach. It’s chance of success were minimal. It was basically a one-man route. Baker positioned on Landry’s non-throwing arm, making him not an option for anything. Take the paper it was designed on, tear it up, set it on fire and forget about it.
@Gordon The key word in your sentence is “IF”. BUT IT DIDN’T WORK! Stop with the “go-for-its” on fourth downs early in the game and the asinine trick plays. Doing stuff like that only sends the wrong message that you have NO confidence in your team.
I honestly don’t think van pelts play calling could be any worse than how’s stafanski’s been all year I really don’t maybe stafanski rather take the blame after a loss but with van pelt focused on just the offense it could possibly save their season with everyone else struggling in the AFC rn
Stefanski.
Stefanski needs to “accelerate the evolution/development of the offense.” It’s no longer working the way he originally envisioned. Wide receivers need to. be upgraded this coming year and the passing game needs to evolve. Looks like the line is going to at the very least need to get an upgrade on backups
Until play calling duties are taken away from Stefanski things will remain the same. Absolutely embarrassing team.
If he, (Stefanski) can’t or won’t see it then somebody gotta show him & it needs to happen right now – C’mon Brownies we can all see it so why can’t you?!!
This season is just disastrous. The browns have browned the most browned way possible
Can we give the play calling to stump Mitchell? I don’t trust avp and stefanski and at this point we need something new because all season with the exception of one game, maybe two, this offense has been a disaster
The last three games: Establish the run. Then abandon it. Establish the pass. Then abandon it. On top of that.. terrible play calling. On top of that.. should have used Hunt and Johnson more. Should have used Higgins.
Coach literally says he has to be better every week. Choose some new excuses my guy.
The last time the Browns had 4 turnovers, *THEY BEAT THE STEELERS IN THE PLAYOFFS TO WIN THE WILD CARD!* This time they get 4 turnovers only to score 10 total points?! But then again, AVP was calling plays in Pittsburgh. Kevin needs to step down. 👎
I’m beyond tired hearing stuff like “we have to find ways to score more points;” “it’s complicated;” “I have to be better,” etc., etc., etc. ad nauseam. Why does Stefanski insist on continuing to start a clearly injured QB rather than man up and send him to IR and surgery? Why doesn’t he focus on the team issues and let AVP call the plays which he’s proven he can do. This is inexplicable. There may well be something going on “higher up” in this organization. I hope not because we’ve seen what that’s resulted in.
Felton over Higgins & Hunt….Class act…same answers every week….no results….this team is too good for what they are given!
I think I’ve heard ‘I need to do better’ enough this year. I don’t get afforded that in life.
