I like how they said they don’t know exactly what went wrong on defense well I call BS!! you do know or you wouldn’t of fired him. KS needs to hold himself super accountable for the lackluster offense at times and crappy play-calling. Woods was the fall guy and um where is Preiffer? He should be right beside Woods with his stuff in a box as they are walking out of the facilities with their pink slips. C’mon! Special Teams has been abysmal, what has he done to keep his job or better yet what excuse is there now? If this is results oriented, well then there are more guys that should of been shown the door today.

Jim Haslem has owned this team for 11 years. Winning percentage 33 percent. About 5.5 game’s won per season. Best player since 1999 Phil Dawson a kicker. Last time Browns won 6 straight regular season game’s 1972. If you are 35 years old and younger you have not seen the browns sweep the Pittsburgh Steelers in a season. And if you are a Browns fan of any age we still have not seen them in a super bowl.

As long as each and every one of us can easily predict how the games will turn out, there is no evidence of a change to their losing culture. So many of these games were winnable by teams who simply want to be winners. You can hear the air coming out of the balloon with games that are winnable. I’m stunned we got 7. Look at how the Eagles turned it around….they were laughable last year. You don’t get 5 year windows to win anymore. You have to win when the team is built like this. Something is definitely still fundamentally wrong here.

KS sounds like he knows that he just missed the dreaded Monday bullet and the sights are on him now…

How Mike Priefer survived these cuts is *beyond* me.

These two are very articulate at bs’ing through press conferences. Sounds just like their introduction press conferences.

This offseason should be the most normal one yet Kevin.

If they don’t get it done next year then they both need to go we are tired of losing and not making the playoffs

Same crap they shoveled at the end of last year with the exception of getting rid of Woods. The offense didn’t score any points last year and it got blamed on Mayfield. They didn’t score many points this year either. Stefanski is th only common thread. We need an offensive coordinator that calls the plays.

Three years ago these guys said: “This team will be known for toughness, accountability, and playing smart. No one can say we have any of those traits.

Year 4 will be crucial for both these men as well as Pauly D. This thing is definitely going to get blown up if they don’t win. Good luck gentlemen you’re going to need it.

Most Browns fans loved this press conference. I thought it was okay, and really nothing different than what I’ve heard from these two before.
Bottom line: we need to be better next season and see drastic improvement. If not, Stefanski will be gone by week 5 and Berry likely will be gone after the season.

Been a browns fan for most of my life , I have a special love for Cleveland ! My grandparents left Cleveland of 30 plus years and now live closer to my mom and family ! I didn’t watch one game this season and burnt my Odell jersey last year or the year before I believe ! I have gaven up on the browns probably for good, unless I ever play for them – because boy do they need help !!

I am a strategist expert, both by experience and a university instructor and this team needs a “real” strategy going forward. I believe a strategist should be employed reporting directly to Andrew and should be a strategic member of the staff. This position should not a former football player or coach, but, a true business professional.

I like Kevin. I really do. I hope he can turn this around and stay with us for years to come. I don’t know what it is, but it seems like there’s a disconnect between him and his players. We play an undisciplined style of football. We’re undisciplined on the field and in the media. When players have a lot of respect for their head coach, you don’t see that type of stuff. A lot of costly penalties and turnovers, not taking points when we should have, a lot of little things. Besides, the defense and special teams would have made a huge difference this year. There was only a couple games that weren’t close this year. We were in or had a chance to win almost every other game and that was with our backup quarterback winning solves a lot of these problems. If we’re sitting here this time of year next year I believe Kevin will be gone.
