I believe the coaches plays hurt baker’s progress and if it was bakers fault for some of his mistakes why didn’t Kevin have the balls to pull him out of the game and put case in there

@Rick Johnson Or scared he’d get fired. But you know what. In the NBA The raptors fired their coach right after he won coach of the year. Then they got Nick Nurse & Kawi Lenard then won a championship the very next year without their coach of the year.

That is what normal teams do. Look at the Steelers and Ravens both have had the same coach for the last decade and both coaches have won Super Bowls.

@CCC Romeo Crenel was the coach for 4 years, and one of those years the Browns went 10-6 but the other 3 years he only won 14 games combined. So he ended up with a 24-40 record in 4 years.

Baker Mayfield has 56 interceptions, which is more than Colt McCoy and Brandon Weeden combined when they were with the Browns. I hope the Browns upgrade the QB position, because the Browns are not going anywhere with Baker Mayfield at QB. Baker Mayfield has a losing record at QB (29-30 record as a starter).

@Capius1272 did you forget he played on a torn muscle and busted knee…do you even know how crucial it is to have a healthy labrum. Everything was in slow motion for him, and he still won games. You weren’t hating when he was healthy in 2020 when he took a team that previously won 15 games the last 4 seasons to the Divisional playoffs and almost beat KC.

If guys take a significant reduction in pay, they go elsewhere to accept it.

Jarvis and Keenum being cut would save almost 22 million but Hooper is costing the browns 11 million to cut and would only save them 2 mill against the salary cap he will be a brown

Berry has only had 2 drafts as a GM. Newsome looks good, JOK, Delpit might be bretty good. Too early to tell about Wills or Phillips but they aren’t busts at least. DPJ in a late round was good too. I don’t know what you’re smoking Berry’s staff has been pretty good in the drafts so far.

@Logan Adolf Haha. Way to shut that down. Wills will be solid. He was more than admirable. I’m looking for big development from JOK and DPJ. The latter should have a chip on his shoulders! He can be a WR1. Hope he proves it. Again way to straighten that up real quick.

@Capius1272 let’s not forget Harrison Bryant or Nick Harris. Both at least decent players that have contributed. Even Demetric Felton got us a nice TD last season lol; I’ll take that from our last pick in last year’s draft.

@Capius1272 Pretty much they all missed games because of injuries and the ones that were available would’ve been better benched. When Dorseys picks got hurt we sucked. Berry is the 1.31 clown he always has been. Watch how bad they are again this year. I bet they go 6/11.
