Not the greatest team but a great coach with nothing but potential for years to come!!!!

    Travis Lee

@Art Vandelay what are u talking

    John Marano

@Art Vandelay that’s why you don’t have a job as a coach in the NFL 😅

    IT Guy

@Travis Lee Art Vandelay is like that. Hate his takes.

    lil uzi Bourne

@Art Vandelay how can you take a deep shot when they’re playing two deep safety’s all game take what the defense gives you.

    Art Vandelay

@lil uzi Bourne The Bears were playing one high safety and selling out to stop the run. That’s why we should have burned them long. KOC fell right into their trap.

Donald Verhota

We have a team that is starting to gel. Once we start putting together a full.game all the way through the sky is is the limit….I would follow KOC off a cliff he is the best thing that could of happened to the Minnesota Vikings Organization. In KOC I trust…Skol

    Dpeezy

    💯%

    Lenny, Cesar Illa

We played 2 quarters of a full game I agree sky is the limit for this squad in the next couple of years

Nels

KOC will lead us to the promise land in my opinion

    Ricky

    I love KOC

Primer

Coach holds himself accountable for our inconsistency’s on offense. Zimmer would’ve been blaming the O line and effort of our players.

    Joe Sousa

Have to hold the players accountable for there play the coach isn’t on the field

    King Kong

@Joe Sousa but then you can clearly see we have quality players. Heck even Bradbury is playing better. Makes you wonder if the players put in effort when the coaches aren’t breathing down their necks.

Sam Wilcox

This might not be our year but you can see that under this leadership we can get there

    Shellie Amelsberg

I think we will make the playoffs this year, next year hopefully SUPERBOWL!!

    Larry Ferg

Forget that, I’ve been a frozen chosen , Purple people ester’s fan since 1969 , Four super bowl losses,I, Don’t know how many more year’s I have, One super bowl win is all I want.

    Fuzzy Trex

    @Larry Ferg Korean War?

    Fuzzy Trex

    @Larry Ferg Korean War?

    VikingsFan2022

This year will be Super Bowl

Jeff Stay

Ugly wins are exactly what they are – WINS! The road ahead will prove difficult so enjoy these weekly celebrations as they come.

Florence Dahl

The rest of the regular season schedule is harder just win some more games still got pretty good teams wins aren’t going to be easy Skol Vikings

Charles Page

Been a Vikings fan for over 20 years.

This is The Guy. I feel it in my bones.

    Richard Houser

    Same …. 55 years

    The Wrestler

You say after they nearly blew an 18 point lead at home against the subpar Bears?

    PartyWithJordan

Been a Vikings fan for over 90 years now and I agree. Skol.

    Greg Hakes

Will see how those bones feel after the first playoff game. SKOL.

    Clif Cole

All my 56 years a fan. I like this guy but I think he needs to move on from his DC! When you have a top 5 edge rusher consistantly dropping back in coverage you have a bad plan!

E-Rock Mixtapes

So refreshing to have a coach be so positive and address errors at the same time. Keep grinding and this team will be unstoppable.

    Chad

They lost to the only good team they have played come on man

    CalvinCandie

@Chad why the hell you being so negative wtf dude…..get out of hear with that. Last year we lost these games this year we win them with first year coaching staff. This is a good sign to come

    Dpeezy

@CalvinCandie fr tho….smh but they going to continue speaking negitive..no matter what.. we just gotta deal with it unfortunately

    E-Rock Mixtapes

@Chad Their 1 loss was to the only undefeated team currently in the NFL. A win is a win. Unlike that Axe body spray you still rockin’. 🤡

Dylan

its so nice having coach ko ADMITTING TO HIS COACHING ISSUES I HECKIN LOVE THIS GUY

Isaiah Williams

I’m a believer in this head coach

Philip Gore

Still learning the new systems, in particular on defense, but 4-1. This team has something special building and when they put it all together, watch out.

Dug Deeply

I will say that the interception Cousins had he actually looked like a QB slinging it. It looked like he was in rhythm and not fearful. I looked at it like a heat check and it’s one of the first times he looked like he wasn’t in a shell. Outside the result, we need more of that Cousins!

    Dee Sam

That pick was an awful throw. He had Ham wide open right in front of him and Ham could have easily got a first down. A really stupid throw and it gave da bears a chance.

    joseph loye

He reminded of a little like favre on that play slinging it into coverage bc he thought the wr was open for a split second the bears baited us on that one int i don’t think kirk saw the safety behind the LB and he was watch kirks eyes so he jumped the route

    joseph loye

Awesome play by cousins in this game im very proud of our team right now keep it up guys

    Ethan Hougen

@Dee Sam Why focus on that mistake on such a positive day when the Vikes got the Dub to go 3-0 against divisional foes and the offense was clicking? Was it a perfect game? No, there are still things to clean up on both sides of the ball certainly but focusing on that errant throw when Cousins set a franchise record for most consecutive completions seems nitpicky.

Yuliya Samoylenko

Wow!! KO- you have my deep respect!
You praise the team and remain positive, and yet address issues overall, and regularly address what you could have done better & all this spoken in the most respectful & careful way. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Skeet Pete

Gotta give Kwesi credit. Everyone was expecting a full house cleaning and a rebuilding year and here they are at 4 and 1 and in first place.

    Rob E

He did change 40% of the roster (22 new players) and this team has 9 different starters from last season (also 40%) – that’s more changes than the Bears. Kwesi just cleaned out the bottom of the roster, not the household names.

Rick Warner

Ive been bleeding purple and gold for over 50 years and have seen my share of heartbreaks but when these guys come together as a team with KOC leading them there will be no stopping the PnG express so watch out NFL…GO VIKES SKOOOOOOOL!!!!

Cesar Mounts

Favorite coach since Denny Love what we have going forward

Al Brown

What was impressive to me in the first half was the pre-snap reads and changing up the plays by Cousins. Not sure I’ve seen it this effective, or done so often in the past. Not every decision was the greatest but enough for him to be 17-17, and JJ and Cook to look like the monsters they are.

    MustangRyda

Some would call it check downs but I saw what you saw. He was deliberate and accurate. Kirk has been damn good in this league, he’s going to be great in this offense. It’s huge to have full support and trust of his head coach.

MustangRyda

Since Kirk has been here, I haven’t heard anything really positive about him from the coaching staff. He’s a true professional and may not be perfect but he’s a damn good quarterback. Hearing KOC tell us that Kirk’s ability to be a leader and making things happen is so refreshing. I love that he believes in him and gives him his praise when it’s deserved. I love this team and this coaching staff.

    Brad Miller

Looking at the quarterback play around the league i feel pretty lucky that Kirk’s here.

Ryan Schultz

Say what you want about the Vikings 4 & 1 start..? The biggest thing Kevin O’Connell has achieved so far is getting his players to buy into him! Such a positive, articulate, & thoughtful head coach.
