The Acrisure Stadium crowd welcomed Kenny Pickett to the NFL when he was put into the game on the Steelers first possession of the second half, and the team's No. 1 pick did not disappoint them because he directed a seven-play, 75-yard drive that ended with a 3-yard touchdown pass to Jaylen Warren. Pickett was 5-for-5 for 33 yards, and Warren had one carry for 4 yards and three catches for 33 yards including the touchdown. Following a 2-point conversion pass to Connor Heyward, the Steelers led, 25-17, with 6:44 left in the third quarter.
