Kathy Hochul: Desha’s Law – Importance of Cardiac Arrest Emergency Response Plan in NYS

New York State Governor Kathy Hochul joined One Bills Live from Bills Training Camp. She talked about the group of kids she brought to St. John Fisher University to emphasis the “Get Offline, Get Outside” campaign to encourage kids to take a break from social media and enjoy recreation, outdoor social gatherings, and to put their mental and physical health first. She then discussed the announcement of today's signing of Desha's Law, which requires public schools across New York State to provide cardiac arrest training and an emergency response plan for students and faculty undergoing cardiac arrest. Finally, she shared her thoughts on this year's Bills team ahead of the 2025 season.
