@MrQuicky2407 Allen has been injured mike williams has barely 40 receptions this year and josh palmer is incredibly average, ekeler has the most receptions on the chargers, thats ridiculous especially with a qb with a cannon for an arm. Take Herbert out of this offence and they are probably 31st in the league because they dont push the ball down the field and arent discipljned for the offensive strategy they do use
If they can keep him healthy and protected I think he’s got a chance to be a really good quarterback.

Still to this day don’t know why people thought Hill was the true weapon for mahomes. Kelce was the mahomes best weapon the entire time.
The thing about the Chiefs, even when you stop them, it takes so much out of you that its more draining then them just scoring. Then your hopes get up and your breath gets weak. Mahomes calmness in the pocket is crazy, again big play with his legs. STOP doubting the greatest QB talent we’ve ever seen.
@dominik anderson think you might be getting accomplishments conflated with talent. PM got more QB talent than anyone I’ve ever seen. I’m 70 and been a Chiefs fan from day one. More than Brady, Montana, Elway, Marino, Rogers, Starr, Unitas, etc. I’ve seen the all.

Mahomes is just another Aaron Rodger, good in the regular season then goes one and done in the playoffs. His career will end with the same amount of rings Rodgers got and his own fans will blame everyone but him.

The Chiefs lost 3 of their top 4 receivers. The defense could focus almost exclusively on Travis Kelce and he still got 3 touchdowns. He is an absolute monster.

@Barber Man as a packers fan yes rodgers is probably the guy to compare him to, difference is mahomes has an organization who is going to support him and a great coach, with a great tight end. So while rodgers talent has always shown mahomes is going to have more team success. But rodgers probably has some of the best pocket presence ever in his prime.

@David V Is that your expert opinion of him? I’m not sure why NFL teams aren’t tripping over themselves for the benefit of your genius. Maybe it’s because Mahomes is the best QB in the league and it’s not even close. Brady is finally showing his age and Rodgers has fallen off a cliff this season which leaves 15 alone on the mountain top. Burrow has had a few too many injury problems but showed last year when it all came together that he can elevate his team and compete but no-one else is anywhere near.
Andy Reid and the Chiefs were really smart about this. Not trying to force anything and not going for it unnecessarily of 4th downs. Just taking what was on the table

Mahomes is a very under-rated scrambler. These past two weeks he has been very effective with his legs. There must have been a lot of Chiefs fans in that stadium because I would have thought we was playing at home😂
