He quietly smirking because Dane Jackson is playing himself off the CB2 role. What’s alarming about DJ30 isn’t even as much about all the mistakes, blown coverages, bad angles, getting burned, etc. It’s that he looks like he’s taken a considerable STEP BACK from last year.

Frazier uttered, what I believe, was the KEY word about Kaiir when asked about his comparatively diminished playing time: “technique.” That was a lightbulb moment and why Leslie Frazier provides the most insightful press conferences among the coaches and players, who obviously just repeat the same empty clichés. He’s probably just got to hone down on a couple of nuanced things that will get him flagged. He was known to be ‘grabby’ and plays ‘sticky’ coverage downfield. The NFL is throwing DPI/defensive holding flags at an insane rate this year. Those are the worst penalties in the game and that’s probably the only reason why he hasn’t seen more action. I think he’s the best option once he can improve in that area, and one that is sorely needed as the pass rush has taken a big step back post-Von Miller.

He nearly had his 3rd interception last Saturday… Elam is a ball hawk….
The Bills haven’t had an interception in 5 or 6 games. They’re going to need him picking off passes going forward…
That was a whole barrage of somewhat soft-negative vibe questions there media..
How about building up his confidence by pointing out the good things he did against Miami..
He’s going to be fine…He can keep up with guys like Waddle, Hill etc…
That’s what this team needs as a #2 CB.
His press man skills are what’s needed to disrupt Tua’s rhythm passes…
Every day he’s going to get better…Poyer and Hyde were traded by their first teams and look at them now… I think he’ll be as good as Tre White or better in time…

Dane just doesnt turn his head around. I find that bizarre at the NFL that pros dont know to turn heads around. When Dane has… hes made plays. See his PD stats. He leads team. That’s a good stat to have.
