Thank goodness for Billy cundiff missing that field goal in 2011 playoff game because of that we got the best kicker in NFL history
Lol I don’t think I have ever thought about it that way hahaha. Lee Evans had to drop the ball as well. But Man Tuckers story is incredible and he truly is the GOAT of a kicker. Imagine being a undrafted rookie free agent, beating out 9-10 year veteran for the starting kicking job, then going on that year to help us win the super bowl. He was made huge plays that allowed us to get there and win. And now he has the record for longest field goal he broke a multitude of records. This man is a legend and HOF without question. So happy he is a raven and a raven for life. His story is an example of coming from nothing to being the best in the world at something because no one thought he would’ve won the job in 2012.

As much as we love Tuck, we have to remember this year that he’s the only remaining member of the Wolfpack. If he should happen to miss a kick this year, keep in mind he’s working with a new snapper AND holder. Things could be more of a challenge this year, at least to start.
